Dear All,
It is the only registered society specifically addressing pigmentary diseases in India. It has an ever increasing membership including overseas members too, including an ever increasing number of international members too.
Pigmentary disorders constitute a good proportion of patients in our everyday practice and there was a need to start a society focused on these hyperpigmentary and hypopigmentary disorders including vitiligo in India which would collaborate with other such societies in India and abroad. The Pigmentary Disorders Society (PDS),with its area of operation all over India was created by a group of enthusiastic and energetic dermatologists from all over India in 2012 with the following vision and mission.
